Deal Desk Analyst (Fixed-term)

Alabang, Muntinlupa

A successful Deal Desk Analyst possesses excellent analytical skills, quality focus, attention to detail, Accounting, Bookkeeping and CRM know-how, and flexibility to a high-paced deadline-driven organization. In this role you will need to be able to interpret deal profitability and prepare reports, along with consistently delivering flawless work output. Your daily routine also includes studying and interpreting financial transactions across the lines of businesses, contributing to the development of various workflows, and updating systems used by the client. You will need to adapt procedures, processes and techniques to complete assignments in line with the department’s activities and goals.

MAJOR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative Support Responsibilities:

  • Assist with reviewing and processing deals, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Enter and maintain accurate deal records in Salesforce and other internal systems
  • Monitor and track approvals, following up with internal stakeholders as needed
  • Identify administrative bottlenecks and suggest process improvements

Basic Bookkeeping Support:

  • Assist with recording and verifying financial transactions related to customer contracts, invoicing, and payments
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and financial systems to ensure consistency in billing data
  • Support monthly reconciliation tasks and financial documentation
  • Provide basic reports and assist with data audits as needed

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reconciliation
  • Willing to work in the Alabang, Muntinlupa City area
  • Work hours: APAC hours (Morning MNL) with WFH setup
