Business Presentation Specialist

Job Description

As a Business Presentation Specialist, you will be creating deliverables with a local and foreign presentation design team for an investment banking division of a Fortune 500 client. Under general supervision, you will be using graphics software skills and knowledge to support the design, development, charting, and creation presentations and pitch materials which will demonstrate a customer first focus in line with company culture.

Additional Details

• Salary Range: PHP 25,000 – 32,000 monthly package
• Shift schedule: Mondays to Fridays 10 AM – 7 PM Manila Time, weekends off
• Work set up: Onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa office

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contributing to graphics production activities such as editing and recommending slides, themes, ideas, and methods used in PowerPoint Presentations and other related pitch assets
• Editing and reviewing PowerPoint presentations based on the provided vision and guided parameters of the client brand
• Polishing existing slides to be preserved in the company’s content management system while redacting other slides to be preserved as template material
• Proofing your own work and the team’s output to a high degree of quality and attention to detail before delivering to the presentation client lead
• Adhering to the prescribed formatting, and providing on-the-spot document troubleshooting
• Understanding client requests and extrapolating key information for ongoing and proposed projects, keeping up to date with the latest updates and protocols on the client’s branding kits and guidelines
• Ensuring that the file management system of the team is maintained
• Add to the quality of the team’s outputs by meeting the quality standards of the client

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in presentation design, with MS PowerPoint as the primary tool for creating business presentations and pitch decks
• Strong working knowledge of presentation design principles, layout, and visual storytelling
• Proficient in MS Excel and relevant PowerPoint add-ons, with secondary proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat DC) and other editing applications
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with local and international teams
• Strong ability to work with urgency and accuracy while handling multiple projects under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Excellent eye for design with strong insight into presentation clarity and impact
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media, Arts, or a related field is preferred, with the ability to present a sample deck showcasing original designs and layouts
