We are looking for an Account Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring seamless work order coordination and communication, driving efficiency and profitability. They will manage emails, calls, work orders, and vendor relationships with accuracy and timeliness. They will also assist with accounting issues, and support team training. This role requires organizational skills and attention to client satisfaction.

- Salary Range: PHP 30,000 – 35,000 Total package
- This role is an onsite role at our Alabang location
- Work schedule: Fixed Mondays to Fridays from 9 PM to 6 AM Manila Time
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Dispatch Work Orders: Strategically schedule appointments with vendors and clients, considering compatibility and efficiency.
- Efficiently manage the Individual Follow-Up Queue to ensure task completion.
- Facilitates effective communication among vendors, clients, and managers to ensure work order alignment and timely completion.
- Secure cost-effective rates for labor and materials, in line with profit percentage targets set by the manager.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems to provide informed support and issue identification.
- Identify and rectify errors in quotes promptly.
- Provide clients with timely updates on work orders.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls proficiently, including answering group calls and directing inquiries.
- Participate in the on-call rotations (mandatory after three months) to ensure operational smoothness and responsiveness.
- Review and approve vendor Not to Exceed Rates (NTEs) for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain regular contact with vendors, actively seeking updates, quotes, invoices, checklists, and assets.
- Offer support to other Dispatch/Coordinators and Supervisors as necessary, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Proactively or reactively source new vendors to meet client needs and build a reliable provider network.
- Maintain an organized email system, ensuring prompt responses (within 24 hours) and clear communication.
- Actively engage in in-office and off-site training sessions, team meetings, and company events to stay informed, acquire new skills, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
- Regularly complete quarterly and annual self-evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and setting growth goals.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven voice and non-voice BPO customer service experience
- Superior English communication skills to collaborate with both an on and offshore team
- A strong ability to coordinate multiple projects with the ability to meet deadlines and ensure effective communication across all team members
- Outstanding email correspondence and phone etiquette with the ability to engage stakeholders, and team members without a script

- Active listening and clear communication.
