Account Coordinator (Preventive Maintenance) | BPO, US based client | Onsite, Alabang

We are looking for an Account Coordinator to support our US-based client under the Preventive Maintenance department. This role involves coordinating with key contacts related to each account, managing work orders through a ticket-based system, and ensuring technician schedules and service updates are up to date. In addition to service coordination, the role will also handle procurement tasks, such as sourcing parts and coordinating orders for upcoming maintenance work.
Additional Details
- Salary Range: PHP 30,000 – 35,000 Total monthly package
- Work set up: Onsite in Madrigal Business Park, Alabang, Muntinlupa
- Schedule: Night shift (following EST)
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Scheduling and/or rescheduling technicians’ appointments for all preventive maintenance work orders
- Entering notes and updates into a work order ticket system based on communication with technicians and clients
- Calling technicians to retrieve updates and verify work order statuses Following up with technicians to monitor progress and ensure timely service completion
- Coordinating with vendors or suppliers for the procurement of parts, materials, or equipment needed for maintenance jobs
- Creating or submitting purchase requests as needed for assigned work orders
- Assigning tasks to the correct fulfillment agents or relevant departments
- Managing and ensuring that all tasks are delivered with high quality and within the required timelines
- Performing administrative tasks and handling other assignments related to preventive maintenance and procurement
- Responding to tasks and client needs in a timely and professional manner
- Meeting all task requirements within the Service Level Agreement and escalating concerns when necessary
Essential Qualifications
- Proven voice and non-voice BPO customer service experience (inbound, outbound and emails)
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately
- Analytical and has keen attention to detail
- Ability to function effectively in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- At least one year of related experience in HVAC/plumbing or similar field.
