Outbound Cold Caller and Sales Closer with 2+ years experience

Alabang, Muntinlupa

Work hours: US business hours

Setup: Onsite for the first month, potential hybrid setup after depending on performance

Salary: 35,000 – 50,000

We are looking for an experienced Cold Caller / Sales Closer to support a growing US-based business that provides professional services to real estate agents and brokerages.

The right candidate is a confident communicator and relationship builder who can serve as the driving force behind our lead generation and sales efforts, ensuring prospects are highly qualified, objections are handled confidently, and opportunities are seamlessly converted into booked appointments and closed sales.

We prefer someone who lives near Alabang, Muntinlupa and can readily meet the onsite requirement for at least the first month.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists to introduce services, generate organic interest, and identify key decision-makers.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify prospects based on established criteria, accurately document detailed conversations, and maintain organized records of all interactions.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule discovery calls, consultations, and sales appointments, confirming schedules and coordinating with internal team members for a smooth handoff.
  • Sales Support: Play an integral role in moving prospects through the sales pipeline. Build strong rapport and establish trust with prospects, handle objections confidently, and follow approved sales processes and scripts while adapting naturally to conversations. 
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM, meticulously updating lead statuses, pipeline notes, follow-up schedules, and daily sales activities, ensuring all prospect information is properly documented.
  • Performance Reporting: Track daily outreach activity, conversations, and appointments generated to consistently meet established performance and activity goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales, or business development. Experience selling services or working in a B2B environment is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Must possess strong rapport-building, active listening, and objection-handling abilities, and feel comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate appointments and sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, backed by strong persuasive closing skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office. Experience utilizing dialing platforms and sales engagement tools is a major plus.
  • Attributes: Someone who loves challenges and is passionate about getting results. Self-motivated, highly accountable, resilient when handling rejection, organized, detail-oriented, and fully capable of working with minimal supervision. 
  • BPO Background: Prior experience working in high-stakes sales, retention, collections, lead generation, or outbound customer service accounts is a major advantage.

Close proximity to our office in Alabang, Muntinlupa is preferred. 

Whie we offer a hybrid work model, the first month requires a “boots on the ground” start at our Alabang office to ensure proper onboarding and alignment. Once you’ve mastered the workflows and hit your initial performance milestones, you can be eligible for a hybrid setup.
