Account Manager - Onsite, Nightshift

The Role

We are looking for an Account Manager who is detail-oriented and proactive. He/She will  coordinate facility services, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely, high-quality service  delivery while supporting internal teams and client needs.

Additional Details

• Salary Range: PHP 35,000 – 38,000 monthly package
• Work schedule: Night shift schedule following EST
• Work set up: Onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa Office

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer requests and schedule service calls per department policies. • Confirm service completion and report any issues to management.
• Coordinate with vendors to meet or exceed service expectations.
• Manage urgent or emergency service requests to ensure minimal impact on clients’  operations, providing timely updates and solutions.
• Handle minor escalations and urgent service requests independently.
• Enter and negotiate vendor quotes; draft and review proposals.
• Provide administrative support, including document input and assisting with bids/quotes. • Collaborate with accounting and internal departments to close out jobs and resolve  disputes.
• Follow all company processes for work order management and documentation. • Support team training and motivation.

Qualifications

• Proven voice and non-voice BPO customer service experience.
• Superior English communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with local and  international teams.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain clear  communication across all team members.
• Excellent email correspondence and phone etiquette, capable of engaging stakeholders  and team members without a script, or taking/answering escalation calls.
• Experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) is an advantage.
• Prior exposure to different CRM platforms is a plus but not required
