Billing Specialist | BPO, Nightshift | Onsite

Overall Purpose of the Role

Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working with numbers and accuracy? Are you confident communicating with clients to resolve billing concerns?

We’re looking for a Billing Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you will primarily handle email correspondence, gather and verify information, and update client documents to support accurate billing and account records, with occasional follow-ups as needed. Your professionalism and attention to detail will help ensure smooth processes, enhance client satisfaction, and uphold our department’s high standards of service.

Additional Details

• Salary range: PHP 30,000 – 35,000 monthly package
• Work schedule: Fixed Mondays to Fridays from 8 PM to 5 AM Manila Time following EST
• Work set-up: Onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa (Madrigal Business Park)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and update client documents, work orders, and billing details for accuracy.
• Verify billing rates, requirements, and compliance with client specifications.
• Proactively resolve or minimize billing holds by identifying and addressing issues upfront.
• Support client requests and ensure all billing-related deadlines are met.
• Gather information, resolve issues, and keep accounts current.
• Collaborate with teammates and provide support when needed.
• Manage daily tasks with attention to accuracy and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years of BPO experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Computer literate with working knowledge of Excel/spreadsheets
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Experience in Accounting or Billing is a plus, but not required
