VAA – Data & CRM Operations

Main Objective:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and technically skilled Virtual Assistant to support our financial, data, and operational functions. This role requires exceptional accuracy, strong analytical thinking, advanced technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, virtual environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with financial data, CRM systems (especially Salesforce), BI reporting, and data management best practices.

Here are the Core Skills that will be required from our resource

• Exceptional Attention to Detail and Accuracy – This is non-negotiable for all tasks, especially those involving financial data and data management. A small error could have significant consequences.
• Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills – The resource must be able to identify inconsistencies. troubleshoot issues (reports and data) and figure out how to best handle complex data sets.
• Technical Proficiency and Adaptability – The resource needs to be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both to understand instructions and provide updates on a project progress and report findings.
• Proactive and Self-Motivated – Since they are a "virtual" assistant, they must be able to work independently, manage their time effectively, and take the initiative to solve problems without constant supervision.
