Vendor Relations Specialist (Compliance) | BPO, US Client | Onsite, Alabang

The role

We are looking for a Vendor Relations Specialist, responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding qualified business partners to support the organization’s operational needs. This role focuses on business-to-business collaboration, involving the evaluation and development of vendor partnerships, managing the vendor pipeline, and ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process that aligns with company standards and goals.

Additional Details

• Salary Range: PHP 30,000 – 35,000 Total package
• This role is an onsite role at our Alabang location
• Work schedule: Fixed Mondays to Fridays from 9 PM to 6 AM Manila Time (subject to change depending on client/business need)

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Sourcing new potential vendors through online platforms, industry networks, and referrals.
• Managing a seamless onboarding process for new vendors
• Request and process compliance documents in line with company standards
• Managing database of new and current vendor profiles, coverage, and rates.
• Address vendor-related concerns by effectively communicating with internal team.
• Assist Client Managers by preparing and sending vendor-specific contracts and ensuring proper follow-through.
• Serve as a liaison between vendors and internal teams, ensuring compliance and vendor satisfaction.

Civicom’s main office is located on the 7th floor of the Unioil building in Madrigal Business Park, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
