The Role
Customer Success Associate works directly with the Operations and Customer Success team to help customers achieve their business goals through successful adoption and continued use of WelcomeWare. This individual has empathy for customer problems and the impact on their business operations. The Customer Success Associate is committed to building WelcomeWare’s relationship with customers through responsiveness, reliability, product knowledge, and professionalism.
Additional Details:
- Salary Range: PHP 28,000 – 30,000 total package
- Work schedule: Mondays to Fridays following Eastern Standard Time
- Work from Home with BCP exception
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Customer Success Manager to facilitate efficient and fast implementation of WelcomeWare software and hardware configuration.
- Assist with account setup, platform customization, and digitization of forms.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer email and phone inquiries, acting to promptly resolve issues, answer questions, document interactions, and effectively escalate concerns to others on the team.
- Be knowledgeable about WelcomeWare’s platform to effectively support customer inquiries.
- Contribute to strong customer relationships by using positive and professional language and anticipating customer needs and problems.
- Advocate for our customers by collecting feedback and consolidating common problems to share with the internal team.
