The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Design Specialist to work in a fast-paced environment, be creative, proactive, energetic, hardworking, dedicated, organized, focused and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to produce high-quality work that meets stakeholders’ needs within our brand parameters. You will support our financial advisors by creating visually appealing and effective designs that reflect the company brand.
Additional Details:
- Work schedule: Fixed Mondays to Fridays and shift may vary between 8:00 PM-5:00 AM to 9:00 PM-6:00 AM (subject to change based on business requirements)
- Work set-up: Onsite – Madrigal Business Park, Alabang, Muntinlupa
- Salary range: Php 45,000 – 50,000 monthly package
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fulfill advisor marketing design requests for collateral and materials for print, signage, and screen.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines by using and customizing the appropriate templates.
- Ensure accessibility in all designs to cater to diverse audiences.
- Prepare final artwork for print and/or screen
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Essential Qualifications:
- Working experience with brand guidelines, templates, and scalable design solutions.
- Professional experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
- Working experience in final artwork preparation.
- Knowledgeable in layout, typography, and colour.
- Working experience in accessible design principles.
- Willing to work in our Alabang location

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of task ownership.
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Use good judgment in making decisions. Quickly and accurately, execute on assigned duties.
