Job Description
The ACCOUNT MANAGER is responsible for maintaining and growing existing customer relationships. The incumbent acts as a conduit between the customer team and the internal team to address customer concerns, to identify unmet needs and to coordinate the delivery of new solutions.
DUTIES:
- Responsible for the timely and successful delivery of services
- Communicate clearly and effectively the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor, analyze, and forecast key account performance metrics
- Responsible for keeping clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Responsible for development of the business by developing existing client relationships and expanding business with existing clients
- Formulate and implement solutions to optimize operations efficiency and maintain quality
- Manage teams and individual team members and carry out constant coaching effort
- Set the standard for recruiting highly qualified candidates
- Assist the business unit manager with ad hoc projects and requests
- Contribute to the enhancement/maintenance of the Company’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests–exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Contribute significantly in keeping the business’s employee attrition under 20% yearly and client attrition at zero
- Commit to be a Civicom Advocate and facilitate a better understanding and appreciation of the company’s culture within your team
REQUIREMENTS:

- Comfortable with technology
- Background in sales and business development (great to have but not required)
- Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
- Willing to work in the graveyard shift.
