Development Operations Engineer | Morning Shift | Open to Fresh Grads | Hybrid

Role:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer (entry to mid-level) to join our technology development team. You will play a key role in building and maintaining infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and optimizing deployment processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Jenkins, AWS (EC2, RDS, etc.), Github, MySQL, and Java, with optional experience in Kubernetes, NPM, and other package management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Assist or lead with application deployments.
- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, including EC2, RDS, and other core services.
- Monitor and ensure the performance and availability of applications and databases (MySQL).
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment and operational processes.
- Maintain and optimize Java-based application environments.
- Provide solutions to speed up the local development setup.
- Write infrastructure as code using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform (optional, based on stack).
- Ensure security, compliance, and cost-efficiency of cloud resources.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role.
- Hands-on expertise with Jenkins for continuous integration and delivery.
- Solid experience working with multiple AWS services (especially EC2, RDS, SES).
- Proficiency with MySQL database management.
- Familiarity with Java applications in production environments.
- Strong understanding of Ubuntu/Linux systems and scripting (Bash, Shell, or similar).
