Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor | Alabang

JOB DESCRIPTION

We seek an experienced and skilled Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for videography and storytelling and a proven ability to produce video content for B2B companies. This role requires exceptional technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage projects efficiently under tight deadlines.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Required to produce and edit compelling and visually engaging video content. Key responsibilities include:

  • Production of high-quality video content for various online platforms (i.e. social, website)
  • Collaborating with the creative team to conceptualize and execute innovative video projects.
  • Overseeing the video production process, from pre-production planning to post-production editing.
  • Developing and implementing video content plans to meet brand goals.
  • Staying current with industry trends and techniques.
  • Ensuring all video projects adhere to brand standards and creative direction.
  • Conducting quality control checks on all video outputs to ensure they are typo-free and assets are purchased or owned by us.
  • Review, proofread, and edit completed work before submitting deliverables.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 4 years of experience in videography and video editing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
  • Extensive knowledge of the video production process, from concept to completion.
  • Strong creative vision and the ability to translate ideas into visually engaging content.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Passion for social media and various video formats, including short and long-form content.
  • Positive attitude, energetic, and highly motivated individual.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to work onsite and graveyard shift 8:30pm – 6am. 
  • Location is Alabang
