Job Summary
The research assistant will be responsible for gathering and analyzing publicly available information about competitors, industry trends, and market dynamics, supporting the Marketing Intelligence team by compiling data, conducting research, and generating reports to inform strategic business decisions.
Additional Details:
- Work schedule: Fixed Mondays to Fridays and shift may vary between 8:00 PM-5:00 AM to 9:00 PM-6:00 AM (subject to change based on business requirements)
- Work set-up: Onsite – Madrigal Business Park, Alabang, Muntinlupa
- Salary range: Php 30,000 – 35,000 monthly package
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review industry news and put together a collection of links to relevant articles touching on pricing, strategy, and advisor movement
- Upload lists of advisors or other data to the CRM systems as needed
- Update SharePoint with relevant Intel Monitor Competiscan & 3rd Party Research for new documentation about fees, compensation, succession planning and other relevant subjects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to ask intelligent questions, listen attentively, and follow up appropriately.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work with multiple projects with multiple deadlines
- Strong attention to detail to maintain accuracy of a CRM/database
- Working experience with CRM tools/other related database tools
- Prior experience with Financial Services or Research is an advantage
- Willing to work onsite at our Alabang location
