Overall Purpose of the Role

As a Senior Business Presentation Specialist, you will be creating deliverables for the marketing division of our investment banking Fortune 500 client. Under limited supervision and in direct collaboration with a US Based marketing presentation lead, you will be in charge of a local team that will support the design, development, charting, and creation of PowerPoint presentations and pitch collateral using MS PowerPoint, Adobe Suite, and other relevant add-ons and tools. Additionally, as the Senior Business Presentation Specialist, quality control and managing the local team will also be part of your daily responsibilities.

 

Job description

  • Salary Range: PHP 33,000 – 38,000
  • This role is an on-site role at our Alabang location
  • Work schedule: Mondays to Fridays from 9 PM to 6 AM Manila Time (Training). Fixed Mondays to Fridays from 10 AM – 7 PM Manila Time (Live Operations)

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to graphics production activities such as editing slides, themes, and ideas used in medium to large scope PowerPoint Presentations and other related pitch assets
  • Editing and reviewing powerpoint presentations based on the provided vision and guided parameters of the client brand
  • Polishing existing slides to be preserved in the company’s content management system while redacting other slides to be preserved as template material
  • Proofing your own work and the team’s output to a high degree of quality and attention to detail before delivering to the presentation client lead
  • Advising the team regarding formatting, and providing on-the-spot document troubleshooting
  • Understanding client requests and extrapolating key information for ongoing and proposed projects, keeping up to date with the latest updates and protocols on the client’s branding kits and guidelines
  • Ensuring that the file management system of the team is maintained Establish the quality of the team’s outputs by meeting the quality standards of the client
  • Guarantee a smooth workflow by monitoring the attendance of the team, as well as providing feedbacks, coaching, and skill building sessions
  • Performing other relevant tasks when and as needed

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in the presentation design field
  • Working knowledge of fundamental presentation design principles, methods, and techniques including design and layout
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate with a local and foreign team
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage a design team including quality control and on- the-spot checks
  • High Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat DC
  • Proven experience in creating business presentations with MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and relevant add-ons or other tools

 

Desirable Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Graphics Design, Media, Arts, or relevant fields
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining a focus on accuracy
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and with multiple concurrent projects while meeting specified deadlines
  • An excellent eye for design with strong insight regarding presentation
  • Present or create a sample deck of original designs and layouts
