Senior Operations Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Operations Manager will support the General Manager in leading the PH operations of Civicom Pacific and supporting our business units to ensure that all business strategies, operational plans, and financials are effectively managed to achieve both short- and long-term profitability and growth.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor business profit and loss statements to meet business demands
- Handle day-to-day PH operations
- Develop and maintain good solid relationships with clients
- Build the business and identify new areas for growth
- Evaluate procedures and look for more efficient ways of conducting processes across the department
- Supervise employees in a fair, consistent manner; motivate, discipline, and resolve conflicts on a regular basis
- May take on accounting responsibilities in terms of reviewing P&L, monitoring budget compliance, trend analysis, forecasting
- Track and report expense numbers regularly and ensure that they remain as low as possible
- Implement workflow policies/procedures and key metrics, and recommend improvements as part of the management team
- Implement business development and marketing strategies in order to maximize profitability
- Report and record problems and research potential solutions
- Draft memos and reports for relevant audiences
- Manage projects and drive timely completion + effective/valuable results. Some examples of projects may be HR initiatives/improvements, security and regulatory compliance, technology infrastructure enhancements, audit, marketing, and many more that will keep our company at a competitive advantage.

Shift: 12am to 9am Philippine Standard Time; onsite
Range: 70 – 85K
