Job Summary:
As a Technology Operations Specialist, you will support the day-to-day operations of the organization’s technology infrastructure, ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems and network services. Your role will involve Implementing Solutions, troubleshooting, maintaining system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain IT systems to ensure smooth hardware, software, and network operations.
- Monitor performance and security of systems, responding to any issues promptly.
- Follow and implement standard operating procedures for technology operations.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
- Help with deployments and configuration of servers, storage, and other tech assets.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure performance standards are met.
- Keep detailed documentation of processes and troubleshooting steps.
- Participate in incident response efforts and assist in restoring services.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies to suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical support or operations role, with exposure to managing IT Infrastructure.
- Strong communication, basic problem-solving, and familiarity with IT infrastructure.
- Understanding of IT Corporate infrastructure, systems, and networking.
- Experience Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Has 3-5 years of work-related experience, especially in Network and Server.
