JOB DESCRIPTION:
A successful Training Coordinator possesses structure, attention to detail, quality focus, charisma, high energy, and flexibility in a high-paced deadline-driven organization. In this role, you will need to work well in a team environment, be able to represent the manager/group with professional courtesy and acumen, and deliver flawless work output. Your daily routine includes managing different types of projects from start to finish, with you giving constant status updates to key individuals involved. You will need to anticipate and resolve problems as they come and minimize the negative impact, if any, that these issues may potentially bring to the team. Experience in a training setup is a plus.
MAJOR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute event planning-related tasks efficiently such as, but not limited to, maintaining rosters, attendee lists, sending out calendar invites to multiple attendees, confirming speakers, tracking RSVPs, and ensuring that the event materials are locked and loaded for use or distribution
- Manage large-scale processes such as events lists or registration forms effectively
- Create impactful PowerPoint presentations/slides from collated data for management to review
- Maintain complex and detailed calendars
- Produce high-quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization
- Work cooperatively with other members of the team, in positive partnership to support each other smoothly
- Coordinate on ad hoc projects as requested
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Average to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; MS Excel, VLOOKUP, and MS PowerPoint knowledge are required
- Advanced ability to analyze and organize
- Highly detail-oriented, produces accurate and consistent results
- Availability for international travel
- Work set-up: Work From Home with the opportunity to work onsite if/when required by the client or when unfavorable WFH conditions arise Work hours: 8:00 pm to 5:00 am MNL (Graveyard/sunrise shift)
