Web Content Support Specialist | Weekends Off | Alabang BPO

About the role:

As a Web Content Specialist at Civicom Pacific Corp.’ you will be supporting the web marketing team of a Fortune 500 client. Under general supervision and in collaboration with a team operating out the US, you will be maintaining the content of different financial advisor’s websites, managing the content management system, and doing revisions as needed to ensure the data presented is accurate and always up to date.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Gathering, creating, editing, and publishing content in the Content Management System
  • Ensuring websites are well maintained with detail accurate quality content
  • Supporting and designing content while maintaining the continuity of set themes and the general design direction and templates
  • Managing the ticketing system for the client
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in HTML with working knowledge of Bootstrap and CSS
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate with a local and foreign team
  • Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining the highest attention to detail and quality
  • Proven experience managing content via a Content Management System
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and with multiple concurrent projects while meeting specified deadlines
  • An excellent eye for design with strong insight regarding presentation
